Don't forget to say thanks to the Democrats for getting this monster passed.

A funny little piece of that bill is noted here. I didn't realize student loans were related to health insurance. 

And the Irish Times claims that immigration reform is up next. Typically, I would assume that any bills would be the same sort of complex nuttiness of the health insurance deal, but I'm not sure if the corporate funding and priorities really compare.
